What this site collects.
Which is very little.

This page is about the website

This describes how joycemchugh.com handles information. It is not a description of confidentiality in any professional relationship. Anything covered by Joyce’s obligations as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or by her duties as a professional guardian, is governed by those professional and legal standards — not by this page.

What the contact form collects

The contact form asks for four things: your name, email address, your organization, and your message. That is all it asks for, and all it sends.

When you submit it, that information is delivered by email to Joyce. It is used to reply to you and to discuss the engagement you are asking about. It is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list for submitting it.

No tracking, no cookies, no analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies, does not run an analytics product, and does not embed advertising or social tracking scripts. Nobody is building a profile of you from this website.

The services behind the site

Two providers are involved in ordinary operation. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, and contact form messages are delivered by an email service, Resend. Each handles that data under its own terms.

The contact form also briefly holds the network address a submission came from, only to stop the same source from flooding the form. It is held in memory, is not stored in a database, and is not used to identify you.

Asking about your information

If you want to know what Joyce has from you, or want it deleted, just ask — email joyce@joycemchugh.com and it will be handled directly.

Changes

If how this site handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will say so.
